Hi, I'm Jean Francois. I come from Chinon, a charming French town in the Loire Valley famous for its wine. I've been living in the UK for the past 30 years, blending a bit of French flair into my life here.
I started out as a woodwind instrument maker, but my heart was always in good food and wine. I spent many years running luxury restaurants in London, sharing delicious meals with wonderful people.
With a young family and the changes brought by Covid, I decided it was time for a new adventure. That's when I followed my dream of opening a wine shop. Now, I get to share my passion for great wines in a warm, family-friendly setting, proudly partnering with Cavavin France, one of France's leading wine specialists, to bring customers an exceptional selection of wines.
